Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony will be held in Auditorium Hall S1 on the 1&2 floor. The evening will allow delegates to socialise and network that leads to new business opportunities and new relationships. It's a great chance to speak with the exhibitors.

Gala Dinner in the Gardens of Archeological Museum
Monday, 26 August 20:00 – 23:00
The gala dinner will be held in the Gardens of Archeological Museum in the very heart of Krakow’s Old Town in close vicinity of Royal Castle with a beautiful view on the Wawel Hill. It will allow delegates to experience the charming atmosphere of the host city of the Congress and to enjoy the evening together.

- Welcome by Congress President and UIP Presidents
- Dinner with music
This event is not included in the registration fee and requires additional fees (please check our registration online). The Gala dinner is supported by the Municipality of Krakow.
