ON-LINE REGISTRATION
You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later. The following data for each registration is mandatory: full participant name, institution/organisation/company, e-mail address, invoicing data, phone number and emergency contact details.
PAYMENT & INVOICE
Please follow the instructions given on the online registration form regarding payment of the congress fee. Payments should be made in advance (before 10 August 2019). The invoices for registration will be issued by DMC Poland sp z o.o. Congress Secretariat. Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. Payment must be using one of the following options:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat on info@uip2019.com
Cancellations received prior to 25 May 2019 will receive a full refund less a €50 administration fee
Cancellations received prior to 01 August 2019 will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations received after 01 August 2019 will not be refunded
Substitute delegates will be accepted but must be advised in writing
INVITATION LETTER
A formal letter of invitation to registered delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes can be sent on request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. The letters will be sent by e-mail or upon request by postal mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense.
