A unique area called “Societies Village” will be created in the conference centre to facilitate making connections, building relationships, meeting experts and exchanging ideas. In this unique area, the UIP Societies will have the opportunity to present their society, its achievements and projects, including upcoming meetings, courses and other events.
We are glad to offer complimentary exhibition space for all the associations which would like to present their activity in the “Societies Village": an area of 4sqm equipped with table, 2 chairs and power.
